Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand and considered one of the most advanced striking disciplines in the world. You'll master its techniques for yourself and learn to use punches, kicks, elbows, or knees to defeat your opponents with blinding fury! Follow along with your instructor for the perfect introduction to Muay Thai in a confidence-building, collaborative learning environment. Muay Thai is a preferred striking art in Mixed Martial Arts combat, and a stand-alone technique for effective self defense. Of course, as you morph into a fast-flying fighting machine, you'll also build strength, stamina, and motor control. Not to mention a rock-hard warrior body - That's always nice.
